Recipe(tried): Fish Filets with Blue Cheese (San Diego Magazine)

Ran across this recipe when I was looking up a recipe for a friend. Have had it since 1980 and make this often.

FISH FILETS WITH BLUE CHEESE

6 fish filets
1/4 cup butter
1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
3 tsp lemon juice (fresh)
salt and pepper, to tast

bake filets at 350 degrees until amost done.
combine remaining ingredients. Heat until blended and slightly thickened.
Pour over filets and broil 6-8 minutes or until slightly browned.
