Recipe: Florentine Marinade

Toppings - Rubs and Marinades
Florentine Marinade
Yield: 1 cup

1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup dry vermouth
1 envelope Italian flavored salad dressing mix
1/2 cup olive oil

Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid, shake well.

Note: For variation, add 1/2 teaspoon dried mint.
