Recipe(tried): For Kathy, Piroshki? Filling

Misc.

Well, now, there are different potato fillings.
You start with mashed potatoes (add some butter, but don't thin it with milk)
Now pick one of the below to go in it. I didn't give amounts, because it's something you do for your own taste:

1) add grated cheddar cheese to potatoes.
2) add minced onion to potatoes (add some green onion too, to look pretty)
3) add a bit of ranch (dry) dressing mix and crumbled bacon

For good sauerkraut filling:
Drain and rinse 1 can or jar of sauerkraut. Put in bowl and add some minced onion, and a couple tablespoonfuls of apple juice concentrate. Mix well.

Here's a meat filling that I made up on my own:
You can use beef, pork, veal, or chicken - already cooked.
Add some minced onion and some mushrooms.
Mix well.
