Recipe(tried): Freezing Corn
Misc.when buying corn leave the husk on. If at all possible choose corn that the husks have not been opened. I know it is hard not to peek. You can feel the end of the corn to be sure it is fully developed. Take it home and just put it in the freezer. You don't need any special wrapping as it comes with its own <8^)
When you are ready to use it, take it out and let it defrost. You will find that the husks and silk come off with ease. Cook as usual. You will find the corn tastes sweeter naturally.
I guess one could this is a pretty corny way of freezing corn <8^)
