Recipe(tried): Freezing Corn on the cob

Preserving - Other
Freezing Corn on the Cob for short periods of time.

Leaving shucks on cobs, place in large zipploc bags removing as much air as possible.
DONOT freeze longer then 3 months.

Remove from freezer, thaw and you have 2 options:

1* Place in microwave for approximately 5 minutes. Repeat at 2 minutes. Shuck and serve with butter.
2* Place on pit for approximately 1 hour away from direct heat. Shuck and serve with butter.

Be aware that some people frown on this procedure for fear of BUGS.

But it still has fresh flavor and is WONDERFUL.
