Recipe(tried): Freezing Corn

To freeze corn of the cob:
Plunge ears in boiling water for 4 minutes, cut off cob, place in freezer bags.

To freeze corn on the cob:
Blanch cleaned corn as follows;
small ears --- 7 min.
medium ears -- 9 min.
large ears -- 11 min.
place in freezer bags
