Recipe(tried): French Onion Potatoes - Another Aussie Vegie Recipe

All my friends down here make this one when a quick but yummy vegetable is needed.

We call this French Onion Potatoes

Fill a casserole dish that has a lid with cubed potato about 1-2 centimetres square. Mix 600ml of cream with a packet of dried french onion soup and pour over the potatoes. You should cover them just. Place the lid on and microwave for around 30-35 minutes on high, give a good stir and serve.
