Recipe(tried): Fried Shrimp from Luby's

Main Dishes - Fish, Shellfish
Luby's shrimp is easy to make. I made it practically 10 1/2 yrs I was there.

1) Several shrimp from medium size up, deveined-peeled and leave tail on. Rinse and set aside.

2) Dip each shrimp in flour by holding the tail. Shake excess off

3) Dip each shrimp in a mixture of 1pint of buttermilk and 2-3 eggs. whixked together.

4) dip in crackermeal, (regular saltine crackers crushed to your liking).

5) fry up till crispy brown.
