Recipe: Fuzzy Navel Jelly

FUZZY NAVEL JELLY

2 cans (6-oz. each) frozen orange juice concentrate
2 1/2 cups water
1 package powdered pectin
4 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup peach schnapps

Mix orange juice, water and pectin in large saucepan over high heat till bubbles form.

Immediately add sugar and stir well. Bring to a full rolling boil and boil hard for 1 minute stirring constantly.

Remove from heat, skim, then add the 1/2 cup peach schnapps. Stir.

Pour into sterilized jelly jars to 1/2 inch from top. Process in boiling water bath 5 minutes.

Yeilds 6 eight oz. jars
