This two recipes are not exactly your recipe but seem similar and very yummie
Grasshopper Pie
Source: Sharon Frye
1 prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
1 Pkg. miniature marshmallows (10 1/2 oz)
1/4 Cup green creme de menthe
2 Cups whipping cream whipped and sweetened to taste (I use an 8 oz
container Cool Whip, instead)
Microwave marshmallows and creme de menthe in large microwave-safe bowl on high for 1-2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes, or until slightly thickened. (It may take less time...never more...) Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into prepared crust. Freeze until firm, about 3-4 hours. Set out of the freezer about 15 minutes before serving to allow time to soften. Notes: This tastes best if real whipping cream is used, but I usually opt for cool whip because of calories and cholesterol.
