Recipe(tried): Green Jello Salad with Cottage Cheese

Salads - Fruit, Gelatin


1/2 cup boiling water
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1- 3 oz. pkg lime jello
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup celery,chopped
1 cup cucumber,chopped
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1/2 cup miracle whip or mayo
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup dry cottage cheese

Dissolve jello in boiling water, add pineapple juice, let cool and add remainder
