Recipe: Grilling Tips for Fresh Bratwurst (Hillshire Farm)

GRILLING TIPS FOR FRESH BRATWURST

First, simmer links in water for 15-20 minutes. (For 1 lb. pkg., use 1 1/2 cups water)

Then, remove from water and put on Bar-B-Q to brown. We recommend pre-cooking Hillshire Farm Bratwurst as above, before grilling.

If you don't pre-cook, grill slowly over medium coals away from the center of the grill. The bratwurst should be grilled for 25-30 minutes until no longer pink inside.
