Ham 'N Swiss on Biscuits
This recipe is from Pillsbury Classic Cookbooks, Poppin' Fresh Ideas.

1 (6 3/4-oz.) can (1 cup) cooked ham, drained and flaked
1 teaspoon dried minced onion or 2 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh onion
1 teaspoon poppy seed
2 Tablespoons margairine or butter, softened
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 (10-oz.) can Hungry Jack Refrigerated Flaky Biscuits
5 (4x4-inch) slices Swiss or mozzarella cheese
Milk and poppy seed, if desired

Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

In small bowl, combine ham, onion, 1 teaspoon poppy seed, margarine and mustard; mix well. Reserve 1/3 cup.

Separte dough into 10 biscuits; press or roll 5 biscuits to 3 1/2-inch circles on ungreased cookie sheet. Spoon scant 1/4 cup ham mixture onto center or each flattened biscuit.

Fold cheese slices into quarters; place on ham mixture, pressing slightly. Spoon reserved ham mixture over cheese. Press or roll remaining 5 biscuits to 4-inch circles; place over ham mixture. Do not seal. Brush with milk; sprinkle with poppy seed.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. Makes 5 sandwiches.

Tip: To reheat, wrap loosely in foil; heat at 375 degrees F. for 10-12 minutes.
