This is a quick and easy one that can be increased:
6 to 7 apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup white sugar
approx. 2 tsp cinnamon
Mix together and place in a casserole dish.
Combine:
1/2 margarine or butter
1 cup flour
1/2 brown sugar
Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over apple mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until apples are soft and the top is crisp. Serve warm with whipped cream.
