Misc.I have several things about burgars that I'm picky about. First of all, buy
good quality ground chuck and sirloin and mix half and half. For 3 lbs of meat
I add 1 package of dry hidden valley ranch dressing mix, 1/4 cup of ICE water, a
little wochtechire sauce and a little liquid smoke. Handle the meat only enough
to mix and make into patties and grill. Enjoy! Roz/La. currently visiting in
