Recipe: Shake-Up Italian Salad Dressing (Carnation, 1980's)

Salads - Salad Dressings
SHAKE-UP ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING

1/2 cup undiluted Carnation Evaporated Milk
1/2 cup salad oil
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic salt

Combine all ingredients in jar. Cover and shake well. Chill.

Serve with choice of salad ingredients.

Makes about 1 cup
