Honey Sesame Pork Tenderloin

1/2 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger root or 1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 lb. whole pork tenderloin
1/4 cup honey
