
For puddings or ice cream.
2 tablespoons flour
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup cherry juice
1 cup cherries
1 tablespoon butter
Few grains salt
Mix flour and sugar, add the cherry juice and mix until smooth. Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add cherries, butter and salt. This may be used cold.
Makes 3 to 4 servings
