Recipe: Hot Cinnamon Toothpicks

I remember those toothpicks so well. As I recall my friend's older sister use to make them. All she did was was fill a small jar with toothpicks and cover with the cinnamon flavored oil and let soak overnight. Nothing else added. Then remove the toothpicks and let dry for a few hours then stored in a baggie. The oil was used again for the next batch. Only make a few at a time. She used the empty oil bottle for the toothpicks the next time around, it was the right size for holding the toothpicks to soak without wasting a lot of oil to cover the toothpicks with. She also made peppermint and spearmint ones.
