Recipe(tried): Hot German Potato Salad

Here is a great recipe for hot potato salad. It isn't from
Bushgardens and probably not very German, but it it
deliciious

Fry 1/2 lb bacon. Crunch up bacon for salad.
save drippings. Let cool

to cool drippings and
3 whole eggs (stirred)
1/2 c vinegar
1.2 c. sugar
salt and oeooer ti taste
Cook and stir until thick. Add 1 c. mayonaise. Pour over
potato salad ingredients.

6 cooked potatoes diced
bacon pieces
6 hard boiled eggs , sliced or diced
4 green onions sliced (white and green parts
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. sweet pickle cubes or relish
2 t. celery

Mix all together and pour dressing over. Warm tastes best
but it is also good served cold.
