Mangos freeze well and can be frozen with no additives if they are very ripe.
Peel, slice and package them in moisture-proof freezer bags or containers. They can also be pureed and frozen. Greener mangos should be frozen with sugar or sugar syrup.
If tightly sealed, as in ziploc bags, they will last a year. They make great jam once frozen, too. That, and smoothies.
