Recipe(tried): How to Prepare Carrots for Freezing

Side Dishes - Vegetables
Peel, blanch in boiling water for 3 minutes for diced or slices, 5 minutes for small, whole carrots. Chill in cold water, drain. Pack into containers, leave 1/2 inch headspace and freeze.
