Recipe: Ice Cream Sandwiches and Amaretto Layered Dessert

Desserts - Frozen
dear cats,
my husband just came home with this recipie that a client shared with him. I've never made so i can't vouch for the integrity of the recipie, it is rather sketchy but here goes!

"My Husband's Client's Ice Cream Recipie"

Amaretto liqueur (such as Amaretto di Sarnno)
ice cream sandwiches with the chocolate cookie
Cool Whip
chopped nuts

1. Put about 1/4 inch of amaretto liqueur into a 8x8, 9x9 or 13x9 depending how much dessert you want.

2. Layer ice cream sandwiches on the bottom in the amaretto and pour about another 1/4 inch of amaretto.

3. Spread a thick layer of Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with nuts.

4. Put in freezer overnight.
