Recipe: Seafood-Rice Casserole (using tomato juice, mayonnaise, and parmesan)

SEAFOOD-RICE CASSEROLE

1 cup uncooked rice
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
3 grated onions
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup tomato juice
1 can water chestnuts
1 can crab meat
1 can shrimp, drained
Grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cook rice as directed.

Stir in all ingredients. Put in 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
