Recipe: Rosettes (deep fried cookies)

Hi Donna,

I think you're referring to Rosettes. A rosette iron is dipped into a light batter then they are deep fried. When the cookies are released from the iron they retain the shape. They are like a smaller version of the big sugar waffles found at fairs and amusement parks.
