Icebox Cake
graham crackers
1 large pkg. vanilla pudding
1 large pkg. chocolate pudding
bananas
Line a 9 x 9-inch pan with whole graham crackers.
Prepare chocolate pudding according to package directions and pour over graham crackers. Cover pudding immediately with more graham crackers. Slice bananas and place in 1 layer on graham
crackers. Prepare vanilla pudding and pour over bananas. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over vanilla pudding. Place in refrigerator until pudding is set.
Icebox Cake
1 box graham crackers
1 small pkg. chocolate pudding (not instant type)
1 small pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant type)
whipped cream
Line approximately 8 1/2 x 13-inch pan or Pyrex dish with graham crackers. Cover completely, breaking crackers as necessary. Prepare pudding according to directions (1 flavor at a time). Pour first pudding over the layer of crackers. After letting it set, place a second row of graham crackers on the pudding. Refrigerate while preparing the second flavor of pudding. When this is cooked, pour it over the cracker layer. Place in refrigerator. When set, cover with Saran Wrap until ready to serve. Just before serving, cover with whipped cream and cut into squares. Other flavors can be used also.
