Recipe: Impossibly Easy Salmon and Asparagus Pie

Impossibly Easy Salmon-Asparagus Pie

1 # asparagus, cut into 1" lengths (2 cups)
4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese (6 ozs.)
1 can (6ozs.) skinless boneless pink salmon, drained and flaked
1/2 cup bisquick
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsps chopped fresh or 1/2 tsp dried basil leaves
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400F Grease a 9" pie plate. sprinkle in asparagus, onions, 3/4 cup of cheese and the salmon.
Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.

Bake 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted in center cones out clean. Immediately sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup cheese. Bake about 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. 8 servings.
