Recipe(tried): Inside-Out Burgers - Variations

Wonderful burgers, Gina! I make something similar to that - in fact - 2 different ones - When I have "cordon bleu" 'burger guests I fill the inside with Blue Cheese, sauteed mushrooms and onions. No cheese on top then. Or, a pineapple slice with mozzerella cheese and carmalized onions on the top when putting them in the Kaiser Buns instead of hamburger buns! Try it, you'll love it!
