SUMMER SALSA
"This fresh salsa in an excellent accompaniment to grilled meats, fish and seafood."
3/4 cup finely chopped tomato
3/4 cup finely chopped zucchini
3/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
1/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup Old El Paso Thick 'n Chunky Mild Picante*
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
*Substitute hot picante sauce for the mild sauce to add more zip to this salsa.
Makes 2 1/2 cups
