Recipe(tried): Italian Chicken Sticks

ITALIAN CHICKEN STICKS

1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsps. dried thyme
1 1/2 tsps. dried basil
1/2 tsp. salt
8 skinned and boned chicken breast halves, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 jar of spaghetti sauce

Combine first 5 ingredients. Dip chicken in butter; dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Place chicken pieces in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve hot with spaghetti sauce.

Yield: about 4 dozen
