Recipe: Italian Herb Rub (for steak, pork or chicken)

ITALIAN HERB RUB

"This versatile blend adds a punch of flavor to steak, pork and chicken."

1 tablespoon Durkee Rosemary Leaf
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon Durkee Lemon Pepper Seasoning
1 tablespoon Durkee Oregano Leaf
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon Durkee Basil Leaf
1/4 teaspoon Durkee Crushed Red Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Durkee Coarse Ground Black Pepper

Lightly crush rosemary in hand. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.

Dust your favorite meat with rub and cook to your liking!

Makes 1/3 cup
