Recipe: Jalapeno, Cheese, Sour Cream Bread (bread machine)

Breads - Bread Machine
Jalapeno, Cheese, Sour Cream Bread (bread machine)

1 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
3 1/4 cups bread flour
1 tsp beau monde (or salt)
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp butter or margarine
2 tsp active dry yeast
1 tbsp dried chives
1 tbsp ground cumin

Add when beeper sounds:
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped jalapeno pepper

Place all of first-part ingredients in breadmaker, set for regular (or white) bread, and start machine.

When beeper sounds, add second set of ingredients. With the cheese and sour cream, this makes a nice brown loaf of tasty bread. Enjoy!
