Recipe(tried): Blackberry Vinegar - Jean, Toronto

Salads - Salad Dressings
I make a vinegar with blackberry juice. I used 2 cups juice to 1/2 to 1 cup rice vinegar and 1/2 cup sugar. I am a to taste cook is why the varation of vinegar. I use rice vinegar because it is milder. This good to make vinegarettes for salads and I like to heat it and pour it plain over fresh spinach.
