Recipe(tried): John Pa's Hot Dog Sauce

John Pa's Hot Dog Sauce

1/2 tablespoon thyme
1/2 tablespoon cumin
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
dash cayenne pepper
3 cups water
2 pounds ground beef

Add all ingredients together and mash with potato masher. Simmer 1 hour.
