Kensington Club Steak Marinade

1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup sherry cooking wine
3/4 cup sugar
3 cup unsweetened pineapple juice

marinade for up to 24 hours in a zip-loc in the frig.
