Recipe(tried): Lamb kabobs

Appetizers and Snacks
Don - I don't know if this is the exact recipe you are looking for, but it's a basic Greek style marinade. Hope it helps!

Greek Marinade for Lamb Kebabs
For 3-4 pounds boneless lambs cut into 1-1/2" cubes

1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup dry white wine (or dry white vermouth)
juice of two lemons
1 tablespoon dried oregano
4 or 5 cloves garlic, minced
3 by leaves, broken up (optional)
freshly ground black pepper

Place meat in a nonreactive container. Combine marinade ingredients and coat lamb evenly. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Thread the meat onto skewers and grill about 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
