Makes 1 cup

3 tbsp Dried minced onion
2 tsp Dried chives
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Ground celery seed
1/4 tsp Freshly ground black pepper

1/4 cup Reduced calorie mayonnaise
3/4 cup Buttermilk

Combine the first seven ingredients in a small jar and mix well. Store in a cool, dry place (Makes 1/2 cup of mix).
