Impossible Chicken Taco Pie
Yield: 7 Servings

2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tbsp. taco seasoning mix
1 cup Bisquick
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Heat oven to 400F.

In a medium bowl mix chicken, onion and seasoning mix. Arrange in a greased 9-inch pie plate. in a medium bowl whisk together baking mix, milk and eggs until blended; pour into pie plate.

Bake 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 1-2 minutes longer or until melted. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream if desired.
