Recipe: Lobster Stuffed Eggs

LOBSTER STUFFED EGGS

6 hard boiled eggs, cut lengthwise, yolks removed.
1 cup cooked lobster
1 tsp prepared mustard
2 tsp mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
paprika & parsley flakes

Mash yolks with mayonnaise and mustard. Mix in lobster.
Add salt and pepper and dash of parsley flakes.
Put ingredients in a piping bag and pipe back into the white hollow of the egg.
Sprinkle with a dash of paprika.
Cover with saran wrap and put in fridge until ready to serve....quick & easy!.....& Tasty!!
