Recipe(tried): London Broil

Menus

Hi Monica. My mom always made her London broil with this marinade and it is still my favorite.
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. olive oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tea. salt
1/4 tea. pepper
1 tea. sugar
1/2 tea. thyme
Mix together above ingredients. Place meat in a non-reactive dish (glass or ceramic) and pour the marinade over it. Cover and put in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Overnight is ideal.
