Low-Fat Hummus with Tahini

2 cloves Garlic
2 cups Cooked chickpeas
1/3 cup Tahini
3 Tbsp Lemon juice
1/3 cup Water, or chickpea cooking Liquid (don't use the Liquid from canned chickpeas ; it contains too much salt And usually tastes too much Like the can
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper

Mince the garlic in a food processor fitted with metal blade. Add the remaining ingredients and puree until smooth, using additional liquid if needed.

Per serving: 68 calories, 4g protein, 1g fat, 11g carbohydrate, 136mg sodium, 0mg cholesterol.
