LOW SUGAR PINEAPPLE PEACH JELLY

2 CUPS FRESH PEACH JUICE
2 1/2 CUPS PINEAPPLE JUICE
3 CUPS SUGAR
1 BOX LOW SUGAR SURE JELL
1/2 TEAS. MARGARINE OR BUTTER

IN HEAVY BOILER COMBINE FRUIT JUICES.

ADD 1/4 CUP OF YOUR SUGAR TO 1 BOX SURE JELL..MIX AND ADD TO YOUR JUICES..ADD YOUR 1/2 TEAS. BUTTER (YOUR BUTTER HELPS PREVENT FOAMING.)

BRING TO ROLLING BOIL ON HIGH HEAT...ADD REMAINING SUGAR AND LET RETURN TO BOIL AND BOIL FOR 1 MINUTE STIRRING CONSTANTLY. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND PUT INTO YOUR STERILIZED JARS. PLACE LIDS AND RINGS ON.

THE JUICES I USED WERE FROM A RECIPE WHERE I HADE MADE PEACH JAM.
