Recipe: Marmalade Carrots

Marmalade Carrots
Serving Size : 4

4 cups Carrots -- thinly sliced
1/3 cup Orange juice
1/4 teaspoon Salt (opt)
1/4 teaspoon Ginger
1/3 cup Orange marmalade
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine
Parsley -- snipped

Combine carrots, orange juice, salt, ginger and marmalade. Put into a 1-1/2 qt. casserole. Dot with butter.

Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 min. or until carrots are tender.

Sprinkle with parsley.
