Bubble and Squeak

Bacon
Cooked mashed potatoes
Cooked chopped cabbage

Fry bacon, remove from pan. Stir together equal amounts of cabbage and mashed potatoes, fry in bacon grease until hot throughout. Remove, and sprinkle with cooked bacon pieces. (not exactly healthy but delicious)
