Marshmallow Icing

1 jar marshmallow creme
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee (optional)
1 cup heavy cream, whipped (or 2 cups prepared Dream Whip or Cool Whip)

Beat together marshmallow creme, vanilla, and instant coffee until fluffy. Fold in whipped cream. Ice cake.
