Recipe(tried): Mild Salsa

blanche 24 or so good size fresh tomatoes peel the outer skin off of them 3 jalapenos, 1 large onion one small clove of garlic. If you have a food processor add all in and blend down until just chunky. Store in refrigerator.

very good very easy.
