Recipe: Miso-Glazed Salmon (not Cheesecake Factory)

MISO-GLAZED SALMON

1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp hot water
2 Tbsp miso
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each), about 1 inch thick
1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives

Preheat broiler.

Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, hot water, and miso, stirring with a whisk.

Arrange fish in a shallow baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Spoon miso mixture evenly over fish.

Broil for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Sprinkle with chives.
