Recipe: Molded Garden Cheese Salad (using cottage cheese)

Salads - Fruit, Gelatin
MOLDED GARDEN CHEESE SALAD

1 envelope unflavored gelatine
1/2 cup cold water
1 (16-ounce) container Borden Life-line Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/ cup thinly sliced zucchini, quartered
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
1/4 cup thinly sliced radishes
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Lettuce leaves (for serving)

In small saucepan, sprinkle gelatine over water to soften; stir over low heat until gelatine dissolves. Cool.

In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients except lettuce. Mix well. Stir in gelatine. Turn into lightly oiled 3-cup mold. Chill until firm.

Unmold onto lettuce. Refrigerate leftovers.

Makes 6 servings
