Recipe: Monte Cristo Sandwich (with a French toast twist)

Sandwiches
this one is easy.
.
-just make french toast and pile up some ham or any sliced meat of your choice,
-bacon (if you like)
-and cheese (I've always loved pepper jack on mine) of your choice,
-spread some mustard (I liked it with honey spiced mustard),
-and cranberry or strawberry jam between the slices of meat and cheese.
-Pile up the sandwich, and let it sit on a low set grill for about 10-15 minutes, just to let the cheese melt and warm up the sandwich. YUM!
