QUICK FINGER SANDWICHES

1. cream cheese, chopped marischino (sp?) cherries, drained crushed pineapple, and chopped pacans or walnuts

2. cream cheese, chopped green olives, onion juice (I use onion powder) chopped ripe olives, dab of crushed garlic

3. cream cheese, smoked salmon chopped fine, dill weed

4. shredded chedder, chopped stuffed green olives, onion juice, green onions, chopped (inncluding green part)

5. crab or lobster meat, shredded swiss, sliced green onions, sliced green olives Spread #4 and 5 on crackers or toast (or english muffins) and broil for about 1 minute. These are from my Great grandmother's recipe collection
